  1. Nicely done Trina! I agree that it's pretty uncommon for people to know what exactly self care is. Even now I find myself feeling guilty for taking time for myself but then I remember self caring is about learning to not be so harsh on yourself.

It is pretty important like you mentioned to have time in the day for yourself and find what is most comforting for you and your schedule. I will definetly implement some of the habits that you noted, like taking a walk everyday!
